With reference to the ticket "https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/browse/QFJV-4600", I am updating the QMetry package name from 'com.atlassian.qtm' to 'com.qmetry'.

By default on installing QMetry, no QMetry app packages are listed here, means there is no set of rules kept for QMetry app logs.
For your reference, if admin user may have added QMetry packages, it will show as “com.atlassian.qtm” and “com.qmetry” for 3.x and 4.x versions respectively.
