Step 1: Create an API token for your Atlassian account:

You should be able to log in Import/Export Utility.
Method 2 : Using Atlassian account Password.
Step 1: Go to https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.
Enter your email address and submit.
You will receive a reset password link on your email address.
Follow the link and set the password you would like to use for the QMetry import/export tool.
Step 2: Go to Import/Export Utility. Provide User Name and Password as below :
User Name : Jira User ID
Password : Password generated in step 1.
You should be able to log in Import/Export Utility.
