- To grant only "View" permission to the user for all the projects being assigned to them, turn the Read Only flag On.
- Such Read Only users will consume Read Only license.
- When the Read Only flag is turned "On" for a user, they can be assigned only Read Only Role for all the Projects.
When a user is converted from a Regular license to a Read Only license, the roles for all the existing projects that were assigned to the user would be converted to Read Only. When a user is converted from a Read Only license to a Regular license, the previous assigned roles would be assigned back to the user.

It opens the Edit screen for User in editable mode.
The Admin can –
- Update user details
- Update User Role Assignment
- Update User Password: Open the user details page by clicking on the Edit icon. Click on the Update Password button. A pop-up opens to update the password for the user.
- Reset User Password
Update user details: The fields on the Update User screen appear in editable mode to make any required changes in the user details.
