View Archived Test Cases
To view only archived test cases on the list, click on the more button above the folder tree and click on the Show Archived Test Cases option.

Delete a Test Case Version
If a test case has multiple versions, you can delete a particular version of the test case.
Open the test case detail page and click on the Delete drop-down at the top right corner.
Select the Only Selected Test Case Version option on the menu.
It will delete the particular version only. Other versions of the test case will still be available.

Delete a Test Case
You can delete a test case through either of the following ways:

Apply the filter of Archived Test Cases and you can view the archived test cases at right.
Hover over the test case. Two icons become visible now: Delete and Unarchive.
Click on the Delete icon to delete an existing test case.
It will delete the entire Test Case and its created versions.

Open the test case detail page and click on the Delete drop-down at the top right corner and select the All Test Case Versions option on the menu.

Steps to Delete a Test Case

Delete a Single Test Case
Follow the steps mentioned below to delete a single archived test case.
Steps
On the folder tree, click on the More icon and select Show Archived Test Cases option.

Selection of Multiple entities at a time: To select entities within a range on the current page, select the first entity’s check box and then select the last entity’s check box and simultaneously hold the SHIFT key of the keyboard. All the entities between these two entities will get auto-selected.
Select All:
→ Select all records on the current page: Clicking on the check box in the column header selects all the records on the current page only. An alternate way is to open the check box drop-down and select Current Page.
→ Select all records across all pages: Open the check box drop-down and select the Across All Pages option.
Once you select the test cases that you want to delete, the options for bulk operation Delete and Unarchive buttons become visible on the screen.
