A customer has a group of users who need not have the authority to add, edit, or delete the test assets in QMetry. “Read Only” rights are sufficient for such users. The customer wants their users just to view the company data in QMetry. |
Admin can add users and assign them roles corresponding to their rights and responsibilities.
While creating a new user, you will find the Read Only flag. To grant only "View" permission to the user for all the projects being assigned to them, turn the Read-Only flag On. Such Read-Only users will consume Read Only license.
When the Read Only flag is turned "On" for a user, they can be assigned only Read Only role for all the Projects.
