Open the test plan you want to add Comments and Attachments to.

Open the Comments tab.
A. Add Comments
Click on the Add Comment button.
A blank box appears. Enter comments in the box.
Click Add to save the comment.
B. Edit Comment
Click on the entered comment. The box appears in editable mode. Make required changes and save.

Attachments
Open the Attachments tab. Upload the file you want to add as an attachment to the test plan. You can upload multiple files at a time as attachment.

Remove Delete Attachments:
To
removedelete a single attachment click on the Delete icon for individual attachment.
To
removedelete multiple attachments at a time, select the attachments you want to
removedelete and click on the Bulk
RemoveDelete button.
