The test log contains all relevant information about the test run, such as Test Suite Summary, Test Case Summary, Test Case Version, Test Case Step, Status, Platform, Executed By, and Executed Date and time, Release, Cycle, Build and Project.
You can apply filter view required logs.
Test Result Logs under Audit & Compliance displays test result logs across releases, whereas Test Result Logs on execution screen displays test result log only for that particular test suite.
