Reason and Solution: QMetry for Jira does not use Jira's storage for attachment. You need to configure the ftp FTP server for QMetry for Jira's attachments. Please Go to QMetry Menu > Configuration > Storage Tier Tier and configure the ftp FTP server which will store your attachment.
