- The QMetry user who will configure the integration under Project / Release / Cycle should have a role which that allows permissions to View and Modify Jira Integrations.
- To do that, log in with QMetry with an admin user and go to QMetry > Customization > Roles, and edit the appropriate role. Under the modules section, give permissions to View and Modify the Jira Integration module.
- Go to : QMetry > Customization > Users. Edit the user and under Map Roles section, filter or find the user - select the Project and associate the above role that has permissions to View and Modify the Jira Integration module. Click on Update, to save the changes to the user.

- To add integration first need to install "QMetry Jira Integration - QMetry Enterprise" add-on" app. After installing this Add-On app, follow the below steps to configure Jira with QMetry. The integration requires QMetry admin credentials.
