The number of records in the Table chart are displayed as per the settings in Customization. You can view maximum 100 records in Table chart by setting the Page Limit as 100 in Customization.

Table chart is rendered as default chart.

Click on the Generate Table button to generate the Table chart.

For Example, QA Manager wants to create a Table Chart “Test Execution Status by Platform” that displays test cases executed against each platform and their execution statuses. The chart should be filtered by Project, Release and Cycle.

These fields are required to generate the report: Platform, Test Case Key, Test Case Summary, Execution Status and Filter on Project, Release and Cycle

1. On the Test Entities View, select Executions module. The fields relevant to Test Executions will be listed below on the tree.

2. Now locate the required fields one by one. You can use the search box to search the field quickly on the list.

3. Drag the field to the chart area or just double-click on the field to add it to the chart area.

4 .Apply required Filters and Conditions to the fields as described under Operations on Column Headers .

5. Click on the Generate Table button to generate the report.

It gives output in tabular format. You can modify the output. You can switch to the following chart types from the table.

You can also add Release and Cycle as Filters along with Project. These Filters can be applied on IDs.

Once you get your desired report, you can save the report as a Gadget by clicking on the Add Gadget button.

The Add Gadget pop-up opens. Enter Gadget Name and Gadget Description.

Once you save the gadget, it will be available in QMetry Custom Gadget > My Gadget tab.
