To update/reset the password of users, go to "Customization" → Click on "Users" → Click on "Edit" button from the Action column for the selected user to edit user details → Click on the "Security" tab.

Click on 'Update Password' button, a pop window will open to update the password for the selected user.
Click on 'Reset Password' to send a Reset Password link on users registered email-ID.
