The QMetry Insight report module will only work when the relevant configuration is done in QMetry. It should be configured post installation of QMetry.
Note: Only Admin user can see the Insight Configuration settings in QMetry.
Go to Customization > Insight Configuration and configure relevant settings to enable the QMetry Insight report module.
