How can admin reset or update a user password? (5) (5)

To update/reset the password of users,  go to 'Customization' →  click on 'Users' →  Click on 'Edit' button from Action column for the selected user to edit user details.

  • Click on 'Update Password' button, a pop window will open to update the password for the selected user.
  • Click on 'Reset Password' to send Reset Password link on users registered email-ID.
