Unable to see visual analysis report even though view/modify report permission is granted? (4) (4)

While accessing Advanced Reports > Visual Analysis Report, a user may come across warning: Oops! You don't have permission to access this module. Please contact your admin.

For the users to be able to access the Visual Analysis reports, they must have View and Modify permission for Visual Analysis Module. Visual Analysis module also allows users to create their own custom reports which require them to have both view and modify permissions.

For example, Admin has added users to 'Tester' role and provided view & modify permission for Report module and as described earlier users are unable to access the visual analysis report. Follow the below-mentioned steps to avoid this warning.

  1. Go to the Customization >> Roles section, to edit 'Tester' role.
  2. Scroll down to modules section, search for - Visual Analysis 
  3. Check the box for view/modify permission to allow users to see the visual analysis report.



    Once permission is granted, the user should be able to see the Visual Analysis Report.
