Registration
The document describes steps to register for QMetry Automation Studio Cloud edition.
Step 1: Open the QAS registration page https://www.qmetry.com/qmetry-automation-studio-registration/
As an alternate way, you can follow the steps mentioned below to open the registration page.
1. Open http://www.qmetry.com and go to Products > QMetry Automation Studio.
2. Click on the Try for Free button for QMetry Automation Studio.
Step 2: Fill out the Registration Form for QAS trial.
This will notify our product specialist.
This information will be used by our product specialist to contact you to schedule a demo and assist you with installation-related questions if you have any.
Step 3: Select the day and time for scheduling the demo meeting.
Our Product Specialist will reach out to you to understand your requirements and help you with activating your free trial evaluation and the installation process.
Once you register through QMetry website, you will receive an email containing Username, Password, and Organization Code for QAS. Open https://automation.qmetry.com/ and provide the Username, Password, and Organization Code details.
Installation of QMetry Local Tunnel (Optional)
This is an optional step. You can install the QMetry Local Tunnel if you want to record the test cases and execute them.
Steps:
1. Open https://automation.qmetry.com/.
2. Provide Username, Password, and Organization Code you received in the email.
3. Click on the Sign In button at the bottom.
You can see the indication to download QMetry Local Tunnel to able to record and execute the test cases.
4. Download and install the QMetry Local Tunnel as per your OS.
Once the QMetry Local Tunnel is installed, you can see the icon on the taskbar.
Start QMetry Local Tunnel
Right-click on the icon and select Start.
The service initiates. The Status “Starting” is displayed.
Once the service is started, the Status changes to “Enabled”.
