How to report an issue or send feedback manually?
If in case users are unable to report a Bug or send feedback for QAS using the report feature, in that case, users can manually raise an issue or send the feedback by following the given below steps.
Step1: Gather the relevant logs for QAS. (How to retrieve logs in QAS?)
Step2: Reached out the QMetry Support using the Customer Portal or an email.
Customer portal: QMetry Customer Support Portal
Step3: Attached the gathered QAS logs from Step1 and the other details (like screenshots, small video clips, or steps to reproduce the issue) to a support ticket.
