Unplanned Downtime: QMetry Automation Studio fails to launch and ask for License Key with an “Internal Server Error” Message

Some users may encounter an issue with QMetry Automation Studio not starting and displaying an "Internal Server Error," followed by a prompt to enter a license key. This issue was observed on September 23, 2024, from 8:10 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST for the affected users.

  • The issue has been identified and fixed. QAS licensing services have been fully restored, and users should no longer see this issue.

8:10 AM

  • QAS is requesting for a License key with “Internal Server Error“message. QMetry team is working on restoring the services with high priority.
