New QMetry Support Portal – What You Need to Know
QMetry is now part of SmartBear, and as part of this transition, we’re moving our support portal to a new platform.
Starting July 21st, 2025, all new support requests should be submitted through our new SmartBear-hosted portal at: https://smartbear.my.site.com/qmetry/s
This change does not affect how you receive support. You’ll continue working with the same support team, and the high quality of service you rely on will remain unchanged. Existing and open tickets will still be accessible in the new portal.
What you need to do:
Register on the new portal using your organization email address on July 21st, 2025.
Go to the portal
Click “Log in” in the top right corner
Select “Not a member?” and complete registration
Bookmark the new support portal URL for easy access
Starting July 21st submit all new requests through the new portal
Support links inside QMetry products will automatically redirect you to the new portal, so there’s no action needed within the product. You’ll still be able to view older tickets in the previous portal, but new tickets can no longer be created there after July 21st.
This change is part of our effort to align with SmartBear’s unified support systems, making internal processes more efficient while continuing to provide the same high level of service and responsiveness.
