Scheduled Upgrade - QMetry Insights Reports : 16 May 2020
Note: This affects only those customers who have purchased - Advanced Reports.
QMetry Reports on SaaS instances would be upgraded along side the QMetry upgrade to version 8.6.1.1 this Saturday 16th May, 2020 from 10:00 PM - 1:00 AM PST Sunday 17th May.
During this time,
QMetry Insights - Visual Reports, Advance Query Reports (Downtime) | Custom gadgets and dashboards may have degraded/slow performance or be completely inaccessible. We advise you to not use the custom reports during this time. |
QMetry System Reports (Not Affected) | System Gadgets and dashboards will continue to remain accessible and will not be affected. |
