Scheduled Upgrade and Maintenance on SaaS - QMetry Application and Reports : 3rd July 2020

This is to notify you that QMetry Application and Reports on SaaS instances would be upgraded to version 8.6.2 on Friday 3rd July 2020. This upgrade was previously scheduled on 19th June and is now postponed to 3rd July. Please find below the impact and upgrade schedule.

This notification has also been sent out to QMetry admins of your instance over a separate email.

Impact

During this time some users may experience a degraded performance and/or temporary disruption of some services. Full outage of services is not expected, but may happen. All SaaS users will be affected during this change. Hence we request QMetry users to plan the testing activities accordingly.
