This downtime is not related to QMetry Services and we can confirm the Server are healthy with no problem alerts. The issue was due to the qmetry.com DNS not getting resolved from certain locations. We have addressed the issue now, however, it is possible that some of the users might still see the issue because for certain ISP providers, the refresh of DNS cache could take 24-48 hours. If any of the users are unable to access QMetry can follow the steps in this article as a workaround to get the issue resolved. These settings can be removed by Monday next week.

QMetry Teams are still working closely with the DNS providers which host qmetry.com domain. More updates coming soon.

At the moment all QMetry Servers all healthy and there are no alerts seen. From the current analysis, the issue seems to be with DNS not getting resolved from certain locations. We are working with our cloud providers to resolve this issue.

  • QMetry Test Management gives “Invalid Client“ error while logging in.

  • QMetry Teams are working on high priority to restore the services back to normal.. Based on the initial analysis, QMetry services should be restored soon.
