  • QMetry services have been restored and users should be able to login now. Root cause analysis will follow.

7:15 AM

  • QMetry Test Management gives “Login Failed“ error while attempting to login.

  • QMetry Teams are working on high priority to restore the services back to normal.. Based on the initial analysis, QMetry services should be restored soon.

Root Cause (RCA) and Fix - updated 22 March 2021

  • We identified an operation that utilized all available threads on the server resulting in downtime.

  • Fix for this issue has been applied on the Cloud instances last Saturday 20th March 2021 as part of release 8.7.1.3 Here are the Release Notes.
