Bulk Archive Folders

Note: Archiving a folder will archive all the underlying assets under the folder.

On the folder panel, open the Cog icon and click on the Bulk Operations option.

Open

Select Archive Folders as an operation to perform and click Next.

Open

Select the folder/s to be archived and click on the Archive button.

The confirmation pop-up opens indicating “Archiving a folder will archive all the underlying assets under the folder.”

Click Yes to proceed.

To view archived folders along with other folders on the test case list view, apply Basic Filters on the tree pane.

Select the Show Archived Items check box and click on the Save & Apply button.

The following operations will be available for archived assets:

• Unarchive: Unarchive selected test cases.

• Delete: Delete archived test cases.

Bulk Unarchive Folders

Note: Unarchiving a folder will unarchive all the test assets under it.

On the folder panel, open the Cog icon and click on the Bulk Operations option.

Select Unarchive Folders as an operation to perform and click Next.

The screen shows archived folders.

Select the folders you want to unarchive and click on the Unarchive button.

The confirmation pop-up opens indicating “Unarchiving a folder will unarchive all the test assets under it.”

Click Yes to proceed.
