Incident - (Cloud) SSO authenticated users are redirected to an incorrect login URL

Incident Summary - While attempting to log in with SSO credentials some users are redirected to an incorrect URL.

Temporary fixed has been applied to resolve this issue. Permanent fix to follow in the upcoming release. We’ll update the thread with further updates if any.

While the QMetry product teams are working towards a permanent fix of the issue, the following workaround can be used to fix this issue for affected users.

Step 1: Open QMetry in the browser's incognito mode.
Step 2: Open QMetry URL - https://testmanagement.qmetry.com/#/login
Step 3: Click on the “Login with SAML” button on-screen, enter your Org Code.
Step 4: Click on “Login”.
Step 5: Try this couple of times to log in.
