How to edit attributes in Okta?

With the recent internal upgrade to Apache Tomcat 10, QMetry now mandates case-sensitive (camelCase) exact specifications of relevant attributes when configuring the QMetry application in Okta; for successful SAML authentication through Okta.

Follow these steps to edit attributes in Okta:

  1. Login as Okta > admin > Applications > QMetry.

  2. Go to General > SAML Settings > Edit > Click “Next“ to go to the next page to access Attribute Statements (see screenshot in point 3)

  3. Ensure you have used the exact parameter names as below (case-sensitive and camelCase).

    1. FirstName

    2. LastName

    3. Email

  4. Click Next and Finish on subsequent pages to save the configuration.

  5. Try to log in to QMetry once again.
