Planned Downtime - Emergency Scheduled Maintenance and Temporary Service Outage - 03 August 2025, 11.30 PM PST to 04 August 12.30 AM PST, affected US Region Cloud users

Due to ongoing issues impacting the US Cloud environment, we are scheduling an emergency database upgrade on Sunday, 03 August 11.30 PM. As part of this activity, the QMetry Application on US Cloud SaaS instances will be temporarily inaccessible. Users will experience a service outage during this time. Please see the impact and maintenance schedule below.

Impact

During this time, users will not be able to access the QMetry Application and would expect to notice a service outage. All SaaS users will be affected by the maintenance. Hence, we request all the QMetry users to plan their testing activities accordingly.
