How To Get HAR/Network Logs?

For Chrome Browser

Open Chrome Browser and Login to QMetry.

Open Chrome Developer tool - Go to chrome settings > More Tools > Developer Tool. (Or press F12).

Once Developer tool is open, Go to Network > Enable Preserve logs 

Reproduce the issue/error.

Right-click on the output window > Click on "Save HAR with Content"


Save the file and send to QMetry Support.

For Firefox browser 

Open Firefox Browser and Login to QMetry.

Open Firefox Developer tool - Go to Firefox settings > Web Developer > Network. (Or press F12)

Once the Web developer tool opens, in network tab click on Persist Logs.

Reproduce the issue

Right click on output window > Save All As HAR

Save the file and send to QMetry Support.
