How to get HAR / Network logs?

Note: QMetry Test Management for Jira app supports the latest versions of IE11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Currently, browsers like Safari, Opera, etc are not supported. 

For Chrome Browser

  • Open browser - chrome > Open Jira.

  • Go to Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner).

  • Go to More tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using windows).

  • Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.

  • Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".

  • Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

For Firefox Browser

  • Open browser - Firefox > Open Jira.

  • Press F12

  • Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.

  • Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image in the 6th steps) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".

  • Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

For Internet Explorer 11/ Microsoft Edge

  • In Internet Explorer- press F12 or go to the Tools menu and select F12 Developer Tools

  • Select the Network tab and reproduce the issue.

  • Save the logs (Export HAR log) and send it to QMetry Support.
