How to find QMetry Test Management for Jira app version and Jira SEN (Support Entitlement Number)

How to find QMetry Test Management for Jira app Version:

1. Login to Jira.

2. Go to QMetry menu >> About

3. A dialog box will be opened specifying the current QMetry Test Management for Jira app version.

How to find the Entitlement number & SEN :

1. Login to Jira. Navigate to Apps > Manage your apps.

   Or alternatively, navigate from Jira settings > Apps > Manage Apps
   
   
   

   
   
   

   
   
   

2. Search for QMetry Test Management for Jira.

3. Copy the "Entitlement Number" and "SEN".

   1. The "SEN" may not be available for cloud-based Jira instances.
