[Solved]Unable to view QMetry Project setting screen on IE browser.

When the user installs the QMetry Test Management for Jira app on their Jira instance using IE Browser and tries to access the QMetry Project setting screen, they face an issue where the screen remains blank. As shown in the below image;

Root Cause:

Atlassian has decided to end the support of IE11 across its cloud, server, and data center products, which resulted to an impact on QMetry Test Management for Jira app as well. Refer to this Atlassian announcement for more details.

We recommend switching to one of the supported browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

In case, if you face a similar issue in QMetry Test Management for Jira on any other browser, then kindly share the following details to QMetry Support.

  1. Jira version

  2. QMetry Test Management for Jira app version (How to find QMetry Test Management for Jira app version?)

  3. List of all the Apps installed in your Jira system. (Share a screenshot of Manage Apps from Jira Administration>Manage Apps containing all the installed apps.)

  4. Share the following logs while reproducing the issue:
