How to Create/Edit/Delete custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan?
Follow the below-mentioned steps to Create/Edit/Delete custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan
(Note: Only project administrators can add, remove and update custom status for Test Case)
To create a custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan
Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >>Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Fill in the required information like status name, description, and color then click on the Add button.
Once created, the status of the newly created priority is set as “Active”.
To edit custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan:
Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >> Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Click on custom status to edit.
To archive custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan:
Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >> Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Click on custom status to archive.
Once the custom status is archived, the status column is set to “Archive”
To delete custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan:
Follow the below-mentioned steps to Create/Edit/Delete custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan

Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >>Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Fill in the required information like status name, description, and color then click on the Add button.
To edit custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan:
Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >> Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Click on custom status to edit.
To archive custom status for Test Case/Test Cycle/Test Plan:
Go to the QMetry >> Configuration.
Select your Project >> Status >> Test Case Status/Test Cycle Status/Test Plan Status>> Click on custom status to archieve it.
After archiving the custom status, you can move ahead with the delete option as shown in the below screenshot
