QMetry Test Management for Jira app is compatible for Jira Cloud URL rename

The QMetry Test Management for Jira app now supports the Jira Cloud URL rename feature. The app can now be found listed in the ‘Ecosystem vendors that are compatible with the Cloud Site Rename feature’. Now the organization that wants to rename their Jira Cloud URL from abc.atlassian.net → xyz.atlassian.net can directly reach out to Atlassian support for Jira Cloud URL change.

Post the URL rename completion the QMetry Test Management for Jira app will have to be reinstalled on the Jira Cloud instance so that all the URL change details are updated in the app.

Here are the exact steps to be followed :

Get the URL change done from Atlassian Support for your instance.
Once done, you need to reinstall the QMetry Test Management for Jira app on your Jira Cloud instance and it will sync with the provided license details on installation.

Note: Do Not delete any of the existing QMetry data from your existing Jira Cloud instance.
