API Call Limit for QTM4J Cloud

Starting December 5, 2025 (QMetry Test Management for Jira v4.15.1), the QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation moved from its location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation page. QMetry for Jira Application has the below pre-defined API call limits to ensure optimum performance. However, depending upon the preferred usage of your automation teams and your server hardware capability, these limits may be modified.

  • Maximum API call limitation gets set for the entire QMetry for Jira Instance including all users.

  • Counter gets reset every 1 hour.
