Incident - Import process of Automation Results via REST API, Jenkins, Maven gets stuck in "In Process" State

The issue is fixed permanently in QMetry v4.2.2. Here is a link for Release notes.

The issue was not reported after the temporary fix.

The issue is resolved. The Automation import of test results through Automation API/Jenkins/Bamboo/Maven has been restored back to normal.

Few users have reported that the automation test result files import are stuck in “In Process“ status. The QMetry team is able to reproduce the issues and is investigating this on high priority and will keep updating this thread as we make progress.

Errors: 

  • While importing test results through Automation API/Jenkins/Bamboo/Maven, the file gets uploaded, its status shows “In Process“ in automation history and the test cases execution results are not imported.
