How to activate notifications for requests raised in QMetry Support Portal
In order to get notifications for the requests raised in QMetry Support Portal, you need to follow the below steps
Step 1: Log in to the QMetry Support portal using the below link- https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/46
Step 2: Click on Requests > Created by me as shown in the below screenshot:
Step 3: Click on the request’s reference number
Step 4: Check the Notification section as shown in the below screenshot. Click on it and set the notifications to “On”
