(Solved): "No resources found for path" error occurred while enabling QMetry For Jira

This article is created for users using the team-managed Jira projects and is facing an issue while enabling QMetry.

Symptoms:

When the user tries to enable QMetry for their team-managed Jira project, an error message - No resources found for path ‘/rest/api/ui/projects//settings’ gets displayed.

Cause/Reason:

This error occurs for team-manged Jira projects when the type of project access selected is “Private” and when the user is not an administrator for the project.

Solution:

Follow the below steps to be able to enable QMetry for a team-manged Jira project:

Step 1: Navigate to Project Settings > Access section for the affected Jira project.
Step 2: Add the user as a member with an administrator role for the project as shown in the below screenshot. Once the administrator role is provided to the user, they will be able to enable QMetry for the project successfully.
