QMetry IP Address to Whitelist (CI/CD Rule)

This instruction is only for QTM4J Cloud Customers who want the QTM4J app to communicate (send & receive requests) to external CI/CD tools or platforms via a CI/CD Rule in an isolated network environment.

QTM4J needs to be able to send requests to your CI/CD tools or platform in order to execute the Pipeline API using a CI/CD rule.

Here are some pre-requisites:

  • The CI/CD tool or platform should be publicly accessible outside the organization's network, OR a connection should be allowed from your network to the QTM4J IP address via network/firewall by whitelisting the following IP addresses:

    • QTM4J IP - 35.169.169.201

    • Once you allow/unblock our IPs on your network, your CI/CD tool or platform will be able to receive requests from your QTM4J plugin in an isolated network environment. This will allow a successful connection between QTM4J and the CI/CD tool or platform to facilitate the successful execution of the configured CI/CD rule.

Please ensure you're following the appropriate steps to configure the CI/CD Rule in QTM4J: https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QTM4J/pages/3260383233
