How to Extend the Trial Period of the QTM4J Cloud App

  • Since QTM4J is an integrated add-on within Jira, all licensing, pricing, and billing-related processes are handled exclusively by Atlassian. As a result, QMetry (the app vendor) does not directly manage these processes. Therefore, to request an extension of your trial period for the QTM4J Cloud app, you need to reach out directly to Atlassian Support.

In some cases, Atlassian Support may require approval from the app vendor (QMetry) to fulfill your extension request.
