Unplanned Downtime: QMetry Test Management for Jira Cloud is Not Accessible, 23 Sep 2020 since 04:00 AM (PST) - Affects some QMetry Test Management for Jira v3.x Cloud customers.

10:30 PM PST | This downtime is not related to QMetry Services and we can confirm the Server are healthy with no problem alerts. The issue was due to the qmetry.com DNS not getting resolved from certain locations. We have addressed the issue now, however, it is possible that some of the users might still see the issue because for certain ISP provider refresh of the DNS cache could take 24-48 hours. If any of the users unable to access the QMetry Test Management can follow the steps in this article as a workaround to get the issue resolved. These settings can be removed by Monday next week. |
05:35 AM PST | At the moment all QMetry Servers are healthy and there are no alerts seen. However, the issue seems to be with DNS not getting resolved from certain locations. We are working with our cloud providers to resolve this issue. |
04:00 AM PST | QMetry Test Management for Jira app went unresponsive on 23 Sep 2020 for some Cloud customers. QMetry Teams are working on high priority to restore the services back to normal. Based on the initial analysis, QMetry services should be restored soon. All events regarding this downtime will be updated on this thread. |
