Getting error while attaching a file "FTP connection details are missing"

Issue: Getting error while attaching a file "FTP connection details are missing".

Reason and Solution: QMetry for Jira does not use Jira's storage for attachment. You need to configure the FTP server for QMetry for Jira's attachments. Please Go to QMetry Menu > Configuration > Storage Tier and configure the FTP server which will store your attachment.
