"Failed to get Test Scenario list" error accessing Test Scenario

Symptom:

"Failed to get test scenario list" error while accessing Test Scenarios from the QMetry Test Manager JIRA Add-on

Root Cause: 

The issue occurs due to junk/old files present in browser cache/cookies.

Solution: 

• Log out of your JIRA instance.
• Clear your Browser's cache and cookies*
• Exit the browser and Open it again.
• Issue should be resolved.
