Root Cause:

There was sudden change in API response from JIRA that gets the issue type for a project which is causing issue.

 

9:45 AM PST : QMetry add-on is now back up and running and the services have been fully restored now. Watch this space for additional analysis on this issue.

6:52 AM PST : This is to inform you that we're facing an unexpected downtime and QMetry Test Management for JIRA Cloud add-on was not accessible from 1st Mar 2018 - 6:52 AM (PST). We are looking into the problem on topmost priority and we will update this post with our findings.
