Converting Existing User's Authentication from QMetry to SAML

Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in QMetry should match with the details in SAML application.

1. Go to Customization > Users.
2. Click on the Edit button to edit the user details.
3. Select the Authentication Type as "SAML" for the user.

Converting Existing User's Authentication from SAML to QMetry

Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in SAML application should match with the details in QMetry application.

1. Go to Customization > Users.
2. Click on the Edit button to edit the user details.
3. Select the Authentication Type as "QMetry" for the user.

Once the User Authentication is set as "QMetry", the user receives an email containing Login details from QMetry.

Converting Existing User's Authentication from SAML to LDAP

Pre-condition: User details like Username, First Name, Last Name and Email in SAML application should match with the details in LDAP application.

1. Go to Customization > Users.
2. Click on the Edit button to edit the user details.
3. Select the Authentication Type as "LDAP" for the user.
