How to send feedback or register defects to support from QMetry?

We believe a lot in customer feedback.

  • Users can send their valuable feedback, useful feature requests or possible improvements to QMetry Test Management.
  • Users can also report any usability issues or concerns found in the QMetry Application.

All feedback and bugs reported are closely reviewed by QMetry Support as well as Product team.

To register a Feedback or a usability issue or bug in QMetry, click on the 'Feedback' icon from top right panel of QMetry.

QMetry Support Portal will open in another tab.

Choose the appropriate option. 

In case of a bug, provide relevant information along with the steps to reproduce the bug.
