Issue : Getting error while attaching a file "FTP connection details are missing".
Reason and Solution : QMetry for Jira does not use Jira's storage for attachment. You need configure the ftp server for QMetry for Jira's attachments. Please Go to QMetry Menu > Configuration > Storage Tier and configure the ftp server which will store your attachment.
