This article to be followed by QMetry for Jira version 4.x users. It demonstrates how to clone multiple Test cases in Bulk.
Follow the below-mentioned steps:
Select all the Test Cases that you want to clone and export them to excel. Here is the help guide for exporting the Test Case to excel.
Re-import the excel sheet to the QMetry using the Import Test Case feature. Here is the help guide for importing Test Cases to QMetry.
While importing the Test Cases, do not map the issue key field as shown below in the screenshot.

Since you have not mapped the issue key, the Test Cases will be created as new Test Cases. All your imported Test Case will contain the same details, Test Steps, and, custom fields as the originally exported ones.

Step 1: Select the Test Cases to be cloned. Once the test cases are selected, the options for bulk operation become visible on the screen.
Note: Maximum 100 test cases can be cloned at a time.
Step 2: Click on the Clone option.

The Bulk Clone Test Cases screen opens.
Select Target Folder: Select the folder where you want to create the cloned test cases. By default, it will be cloned to “All Test Cases”.
Clone with Comments: Select to clone test cases with existing comments.
Clone with Attachments: Select to clone test cases with attachments added to test cases as well as test steps.
Step 3: Click on the Clone button to initiate the cloning process.

The test cases are cloned with the “Cloned” prefix in the selected destination folder.
