Symptom:
"Failed to get test scenario list" error while accessing Test Scenarios from the QMetry Test Manager JIRA Add-on
Root Cause:
The issue occurs due to junk/old files present in browser cache/cookies.
Solution:
- Log out of your JIRA instance.
- Clear your Browser's cache and cookies*
- Exit the browser and Open it again.
- Issue should be resolved.
