Solution: Install the missing certificates in QAS.
Navigate to QMetry > More Commands

Now select Install Certificate for WebService Recording

Click on the Install Certificate button

Select Current User and click on the Next button.

Select the option” Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate” option and click on the Next button.

Click on the Finish button to install the certificate.
