Follow the below-mentioned steps to Create/Edit/Delete custom Priority.

(Note: Only project administrators can add, remove, and update priority.)

To Create Custom Priority:

  • Go to the QMetry  >> Configuration.

  • Select your Project >> Priority >> Fill required information like Priority name, Description, icon then click on Add button. 

To Edit Custom Priority:

  • Go to the QMetry  >> Configuration.

  • Select your Project >> Priority >> Click on custom priority to edit.

To Archive/Delete Custom Priority:

  • Go to the QMetry  >> Configuration.

  • Select your Project >> Priority >> Click on the archive icon to archive the custom priority. Archived custom priority can later be deleted using the delete icon.

You can not delete custom Priority if it is associated with any QMetry issue. You need to delete/remove those issues/entities first to delete the custom Priority.
