QMetry team notifies users / administrator about Maintenance window/Planned downtime in below 3 ways :
- Display message on QMetry screens: 1-2 weeks before the maintenance day, the notification of maintenance window is displayed on all QMetry Screens like Test Execution, Configuration, QMetry Reports etc. This notification is shown to every user of QMetry.
- Release Note: QMetry also notifies the Jira administrator about maintenance window via Release note that is sent before the release.
- Additionally, we publish notification article on our help site about the maintenance window.
